Iron Picket Side Gate in Sylmar

For this Sylmar home we built a black iron picket side gate to close off the narrow side yard between a stucco wall and a block wall. The gate frame was sized to the opening on site, with evenly spaced pickets that keep the yard secure while letting air and light through. It was fabricated in our Sylmar shop and installed by our crew with a latch that works from both sides.
