Not every job is a gate, fence or railing. We also take on custom metal fabrication and welding for homes and businesses: metal privacy screens for patios, slatted enclosures that hide pool and utility equipment, iron window security bars and guards, steel mesh panels and doors, and other one-off pieces.

What kinds of custom projects do you take on?
Privacy screens, equipment and trash enclosures, window bars and guards, mesh panels and doors, and other steel or iron pieces for homes and businesses. If it can be welded, ask us.
Do you do welding repairs?
Yes. We repair broken welds on gates, fences, railings and other metalwork, on site or in our shop.
How do I get a quote for a custom project?
Call or send us a photo and rough measurements. We will visit for a free on-site estimate and give you a written quote.
Do you weld on site?
For many repairs and installations we weld on site. Larger pieces are fabricated in our Sylmar shop and installed by our crew.
Do window security bars need a quick-release?
Yes, in most cases. Bars on bedroom windows that are meant for emergency escape need a release that opens from the inside without a key or special knowledge. We build window bars and guards with quick-release hardware where it is required.
Can you build a metal privacy screen?
Yes. We build steel privacy screens for patios, walls and side yards in horizontal slat, panel and decorative designs, sized to your space.
